These terms cover the Devcodetrek presentation website and the general framework for project discussions.

1. Informational purpose
Services and project examples introduce our work. They do not guarantee a specific outcome or identical features in every project.
2. Individual project agreement
Scope, fees, payment schedule, timing, deliverables, source code, intellectual property, support and maintenance are agreed separately in writing. Visiting the site or completing a form does not itself create a service contract.
3. Use of the website
Use the site lawfully and avoid unauthorised access, disruption or infringement of others’ rights. Rights to project materials are clarified in the relevant project agreement.
4. DevMuhasebe and external services
DevMuhasebe is in development and is not available for purchase or use. Screenshots show work in progress and do not promise a release date, price or final features. External services are governed by their operators’ terms.
5. Updates and rights
Content and terms may be updated. Updates to this page do not automatically change an existing project agreement. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
